Spring Craft and Gift Show

So, this Saturday, from 9am-4pm, at Centralia Middle School Gym, my friend Julie and I are putting on a Spring Craft and Gift Show!
Julie and I put on a Fall show earlier this year, and it went over quite well. So we thought, WHY NOT DO A SPRING ONE! Hopefully it goes well, because...well...there hasn't been a whole lot of positives this time around! Plus, we charged for vendor spots this time around, so we haven't gotten as many vendors as hoped for. PLUS, we are competing with The Country Chicks Spring Show, which to be honest, if ever they'd invite me to be at thier show...I'D TOTALLY DO IT! It's AMAZING!!! So, I guess I can understand.
I also haven't created many of my handmade goods for this show on Saturday. Just haven't had the time. I'd love to stop doing my "real job" so that I can do what I LOVE LOVE LOVE to do, but that's not going to happen anytime soon and to tell you the truth, I actually do still enjoy teaching middle school...most days!

SO if you're in the Centralia, WA area on April 30th, stop by the Middle School on 901 Johnson Rd. (it's behind the Safeway that's right off of 1-5 freeway!) from 9-4! I promise you won't be dissappointed...the vendors that are coming are super great!!!

Sad Spring Break

I had all these amazing plans for Spring Break...such as make a couple aprons, whip out some of my little guy ties, create a couple new tutus, and get the Baby Bath Aprons into my etsy shop. But alas, NONE of that happened! I did, however, go to an UNBELIEVABLE community garage sale/flea market and found some great stuff for my TWO BUGS spot...so that was a plus! Now I am looking at the rest of the month thinking "oh boy, how to get through this month and May...only 2 1/2 months left to teach!" Then I can craft all summer...right???!!!
